How to be a cadet?

PAANO NGA BA MAGING KADETE?

1.       Syempre una, kailangan mo munang maipasa ang entance exam ng PMA or what we called (PMAEE) Philippine Military Academy Entrance Examination. When I took this kind of exam, it was always last month of August. But as of class 2019, they took their PMAEE on the first sunday of August(03 August 2014). Syempre ulit, you must be qualified to these following requirements in order to fully avail on taking the examination.

• ·       Natural Born Filipino Citizen
• ·         No Criminal or Administrative case
• ·         High School Graduate
• ·         Height is 5 feet for both male and female
• ·         At least 17  yearrs old and not older than 22 years old on 01 April on the following year after the examination was taken.

2.        After taking the PMAEE, updates on the list of passers will be posted at the www.pma.ph.

Usually it will be posted on the 20th of September of the year na tinake mo yung exam.

3.       Invitation from PMA will be send through snail mail to your address. Ang nakasulat dun ay

CONGRATULATIONSS!!! =) means nakapasa ka na sa mga isa sa isang libong mahigit na sasalain sa VLUNA Hostpital until fully makapsok sa PMA.

4.        You will be invited to conduct your CPE or Cross Physical Examination at VLUNA hospital.

so you must prepare these things : (TIP KO LANG TO SINCE DITO RIN NAMAN AKO NAG SIMULA)

a. Local Clearances:- Barangay Clearance- PNP Clearance- Court Clearance (Court of First Instance or Judge)- Mayor’s Clearance
b. Recent Valid ID (School ID, Driver’s ID, Passport, etc.)
c. NSO copy of birth certificate [One (1) original and two (2) photo copy.
d. Certified True Copy of High School Form 137 [One (1) original and two (2) photo copy].
e. Original copy and one (1) certified true copy of your High School Diploma (Certified truecopy will be taken by OCA)
f. Parent’s  Consent (to be accomplished in 4 original copies duly notarized)
g. Eight   (8)  copies   of  2”   x   2”   and  8   copies   of   1”   x   1”   ID   pictures   (colored   with   whitebackground)
h. Minimum clothing for 7 days
i. Beddings (blanket, mosquito net etc.)
j. A pair of rubber (running) shoesk. Three (3) sets of athletic uniform (White shirts with short pants for male/jogging pants orcycling shorts for female.

5.       After your 5 to 6 days stay in  VLUNA, All you have to do is wait for the Compliance letter or just wait for the final date of release ng passers.

What is compliance letter?

 - Ito yung letter from PMA na kailangan mong i accomplish before the said date, This means nakapasa kana then all you have to do is to comply(usually ito yung mga may ipapa ulit sayo or mga deficiency sayo na pwede pang ipa ayos sa ibang hospitals)

What if no compliance letter came?

- This means, wala kang deficiency sa katawan mo and nakapasa ka na ng walang ibang gastos para ayusin ang compliance. OR you failed:( eto yung mas nakaka kaba. na sana naka receive ka nalang ng compliance letter.

6.       If you feel na nakapasa kana talaga or naka pag comply kana sa compliance letter from PMA. all you have to do is MAGPALAKAS.
